Our licensed physiotherapist will travel to each patient's home to assess your needs and develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Treatments may include a combination of manual therapy, stretching, guidance on strengthening exercises that can be done in the home, or education and recommendations on pain management techniques, the safe use of mobility aids, or how to modify the home environment to help reduce the risk of falls and other injuries.

Your Home Physio also specialize in enhancing the lives of individuals grappling with chronic back pain or having a hard time fully recovering from injury. Our private clinic offers personalized, one-on-one treatment centered around exercise therapy. Clinical pilates may be used in conjunction with traditional physiotherapy treatment as a holistic approach to correct muscle imbalances and foster healing and improved mobility in everyday living. Unlike traditional fitness programs, clinical pilates is designed and supervised by a Licensed Physiotherapist who will work one-on-one with you to create a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

We offer 45 minute initial assessments and 30, 45 or 60 minute follow up appointments in our private clinic in Tsawwassen.
