Billing

As a very small clinic, we do not provide direct billing to insurance providers on behalf of our patients and collect payment at the end of each appointment. However, we do provide a detailed receipt for physiotherapy treatment that can be submitted to your insurance plan provider for potential reimbursement, depending on the coverage offered by your plan.

At this time we are not accepting ICBC or WorkSafe patients. Please feel free to reach out for more information on our billing process if required.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to avoid a cancellation fee. If you feel unwell the day of your appointment, please call us or email us by 8AM to reschedule your appointment.
